• All products are dates and food items. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include applicable taxes.
• Orders are confirmed after successful payment. The store reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in case of an error or product unavailability.
• Shipping is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or not as ordered, provided that the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
