Return & Exchange Policy

The return and exchange policy at Luxury Dates Store includes the following:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of product defects or quality issues. This does not include delays in delivery by the customer or issues caused by shipping companies.

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product by submitting a request via WhatsApp.

  • The request must include clear photos showing the issue, along with the order number and the customer’s contact details.

  • All returned products must be in good condition, with original labels and packaging intact.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged dates.

  • After verifying that the returned products are received in good condition, the product will be replaced or the refund will be processed to your account within a maximum period of 14 days.
