Return & Exchange Policy
The return and exchange policy at Luxury Dates Store includes the following:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of product defects or quality issues. This does not include delays in delivery by the customer or issues caused by shipping companies.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product by submitting a request via WhatsApp.

The request must include clear photos showing the issue, along with the order number and the customer’s contact details.

All returned products must be in good condition, with original labels and packaging intact.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged dates.

After verifying that the returned products are received in good condition, the product will be replaced or the refund will be processed to your account within a maximum period of 14 days.
